Operating Society is two founders and the people we bring in when a job needs them. We work on site in Spain and Costa Rica, in Spanish and English.
Mission
Small and mid-sized businesses should run on software that fits how they work, not the other way round.
We exist so that ordinary companies, the ones most people work for, can use the best of what technology now offers to operate with as little friction as possible, and spend their time growing instead.
Most of them cannot today. The tools are expensive, rigid and generic, so the business bends to fit them: the extra spreadsheet, the re-typing, the owner’s inbox as the system of record. The agencies that sell those tools sell the old process along with them.
We start from the other end. The people who do the work know the process better than any consultant, so the design happens with them, on site, and nothing gets built that they cannot explain. And a system is never finished: businesses change, so what we build keeps changing with them. That is why we stay.

Built business and enterprise software at Microsoft and GitHub, and has designed and built agentic and automation products. Now builds them for one business at a time.
